Anne Sivley

Portfolio Manager

In her role as a Program Officer & Evaluation Officer, Anne manages Sankofa’s globally-focused projects where she supports partners to build and strengthen monitoring and evaluation systems that center equity and drive continuous learning. She draws from over eight years of experience as a project manager, evaluator, and researcher focused on gender equity and social justice. In past work at the World Bank and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Anne has developed investment strategies, convened global experts, and supported analytical work focused on financial inclusion and women’s empowerment. Her domestic portfolio of work includes leading research on paid family leave policy and conducting evaluations of programs promoting equity in STEM. Anne holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington Evans School.
