Paul Miller leverages over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and evaluation to help clients develop customized solutions that enhance educational outcomes and promote equity. Committed to fostering opportunities for all students, Paul works across both domestic and international contexts to address complex educational challenges and drive systemic change. He collaborates with educational leaders to design monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems that are both actionable and culturally responsive, ensuring they support informed decision-making and sustainable impact. Previously, as a Program Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Paul advised senior education leaders on key initiatives to improve student outcomes. He has also held executive roles in school district administration and senior positions at leading education technology firms, focusing on advancing student success through comprehensive program evaluation and strategic partnerships. Paul holds an MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Southern California, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Paul shared he is also a passionate fan of live jazz, global cuisine, and international football, in particular Arsenal Football Club which he has followed avidly for the past 22 years since living in London.
