Purpose

Sankofa is leading South Park Senior Center through a four month strategic development to establish a theory of change, and development plan. South Park Senior Center is a fast growing non-profit organization who is aiming to serve King County seniors as they age. As the organization has rapidly grown there is a recognition of the need for the organization to have a strategic plan for the next three to five years. Sankofa is providing the technical guidance and support as part of the strategic plan.
