Raminta Hanzelka

Senior Evaluator

Raminta has experience working across the philanthropic, non-profit, and private sectors. Her varied background provides a broad perspective for contributing expertise to projects. She currently works to support implementation, change management, and refinement of monitoring systems. Through her work at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Raminta helped to develop and manage a portfolio of grants and contracts within the Water, Sanitation, & Hygiene Initiative. She also spent 18 months supporting an effort to increase efficiency of the foundation's business processes and systems that impact programmatic, operational, and business partner teams. Some areas of focus include problem/scope definition, stakeholder interviews, solution design, training, project management, end-user impact assessment, and change management strategy. Raminta holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
