Dr. Samuel Boakye is an International Development and Program Management Expert with 25+ years of experience and practice. He has core expertise in Program Planning, Design, Implementation and Management, Thought Leadership in Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL), Collaborative Learning and Adapting (CLA), Institutional Training and Capacity Building, and Research. Samuel has consulted in the areas of Agriculture, Health, Education, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), for the following: United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Food & Agricultural Organization (FAO), Winrock International, The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), The World Bank, Alliance for Agricultural Revolution in Africa (AGRA), Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator and Health Diplomacy (OGAC), Department of State (DOS), Campbell Collaboration and Doctors of The World (WoTW), Government of Ghana and others. Until recently, Samuel was the Vice President for Research and Innovations in Evaluation at the International Centre for Evaluation and Development (ICED) based in Nairobi, Kenya. Samuel holds a DPhil in Development Studies from the University of Sussex, Brighton UK.
