Tejaswini has extensive experience in the Indian nonprofit-public sector where she worked to bridge the opportunity gap for students, from historically disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds within the public education system. Her most recent projects in the United States include developing recommendations for a renewed business model for PATH’s Central MEL (monitoring, evaluation, and learning) Team, evaluating COVID-specific employee safety within all departments across King County, and designing and implementing a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) roadmap for the Board of Communities in Schools of Seattle. Tejaswini brings a strong understanding of evaluation and learning processes and expertise in project management. Tejaswini recently graduated from the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy and Governance with a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a double specialization in Analysis and Evaluation and Nonprofit Management and Social Innovation.
